Barb Martin, PresidentBarbara Martin, President

Barbara has been in the printing industry for over 28 years. She started in the bindery and quickly worked her way in to the Pre Press area. She managed the pre press department for a couple of years and then was offered a position in customer service. Once working in customer service, she knew this is where she belonged. It wasn't long after that, she was offered an opportunity to become a partner with Diamond Graphics when they opened their doors in 1999. Through the years she has taken majority ownership and is now the President. She registered with the WBENC and became certified in November 2011 as a woman owned company. She is hoping this will bring many new opportunities for Diamond Graphics.

Richard Klumpp, VP of Sales

Richard has been in the printing business for over 50 years. Specializing in Direct Mail for the last 40 years. He started out running a sheeted press and moved up to a mini web press in 1972. By 1976 he was appointed supervisor of of the pressroom and eventually was the plant manager. In his career he worked at two other printing plants before opening Diamond Graphics in 1999, with three other partners. By 2003, two of the partners moved on and Richard and Barbara shared ownership. Richard has been responsible for the growth in sales and continues to work trying to increase the sales at Diamond Graphics.

Joe McGoldrick, Plant Manager

Joe has worked in the printing industry for 18 yrs. He started out as a press helper loading rolls and getting ink for the pressman. When the opportunity presented itself Joe ran a Didde press. While the company was growing Joe became a cutter operator for 5 yrs. While operating the cutter Joe also worked on the MBO folders and got his MBO folding certification. Joe took over all shipping/receiving responsibilities while still maintaining folding and cutting production. As a result of his broad knowledge of the shop Joe then became the 1st & 2nd shift supervisor overseeing all production and scheduling for the plant. Joe now manages the shop as a Plant Manager.

John O’Brien, Operations Manager/Estimating

John has a career that spans more than 33 years in the Graphic Arts. His career began in the pressroom as a web feeder operator graduating to a web pressman gaining experience in Heat-set inline printing before moving into a management roll where he worked closely with sales to provide cost saving ideas. John has an extensive background in operations and management of web printing. In addition to his hands on facility involvement he provides client estimates and project evaluations.

Stacy Dietrich, Customer Service/Desktop

Stacy has been in the printing industry for 24 years. She graduated from Brownstown Vo tech in 1988 for Graphic Arts. Stacy started out in the bindery and then moved into the prepress department. She now does customer service and also desktop.


Brenda Coveleski, Customer Service/Accounting

Brenda has been in the Customer Service/Accounting field for 12 years and really loves what she does. She has been with Diamond Graphics for the past 5 years. She handles the billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and sends samples out to the customers. She answers the phone and helps customers with any questions or directs them to the correct person.

Ed Morrison, Desktop

Ed has been with Diamond Graphics for three years and has been a part of the printing industry for thirty years. Beginning in photo-typesetting, Ed has seen prepress grow into the high-tech, computer-based field it is today.


Bob Brady, Shift Supervisor

Bob has been in the printing industry for 20 plus years. He started in Jan. of 1992 as a press helper. His duties included hanging rolls, filling the ink fountains and catching at the front end of the press. He worked his way up to pressman in 1993. His duties included operating and maintaining the press. Also producing a high quality product for the customer. He worked his way up to lead pressman and second shift supervisor by 1998. He is currently second shift supervisor at Diamond Graphics. His duties include overseeing production and quality in the pressroom and bindery.
